Stunt Rider Clint Ewing Breaks Guinness Record on Live Television! 

Denver, Colorado (January 30, 2008)

– On Sunday, January 27^th, Stunt Bike rider Clint Ewing broke the Guinness World Record for driving a motorcycle through a tunnel of fire an amazing, 200 feet!  Guinness Top 100 Live was a two hour special, counting down the top 100 records of all time, and ending the show, was Ewing’s record breaking stunt live, on national television, in front of 3 million viewers.

Ewing, a stunt bike rider out of Santa Barbara, California, spent weeks filming with crews that captured him in his everyday life, stunt bike riding, fire training and practicing for the death defying stunt. The former record holder, Hou Jun of China, set the original record on July 19, 2007, riding his motorcycle through a tunnel of fire, 178 feet, 10.4 inches.   

On hand for Clint’s attempt to break the record were the witness’s from Guinness to record Clint into the Guinness Book of World Records. “Clint Ewing, a World Record Holder…wow that sounds nice!” said Ewing after the stunt, “I seem to always set the bar high and love to rise to the occasion.
